Every person in the country will get a digital health ID, 14 digits ID which is basically a digital format of all health records of a person which will be linked to the registry of doctors and health facilities across the country. Health ID may be in form of mobile application of website. The enrollment in this mission will be voluntary – government announced. Those who want to avail benefits of health related government plans can enroll their names in digital mission.

National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) enrollment requires Name of Patient / Person, Age, Gender, Any Ailment etc. and contact number of person. Adhar card number will be mandatory if patient want the benefit of various health Yojana of government.
