New Year resolution 2021

Celebrating New Year on 14 January is more worthwhile not because we all will be close to the date of vaccination but because that’s the time when we all celebrate the makar sankranti, pongal and lohri, it’s the time when positivity increases in atmosphere, it’s a beginning of new harvest year, farmers offer the gratitude for the prosperity in form of rabi crops. However let us all change the calendar on 31 December 2020 & New Year resolutions can be as following:

1.       Write down every night: Write down one thing you’re grateful for every night, you’ll feel better as the several nights pass, you will achieve attitude of gratitude.

2.       Vocal for local: PM Modi is promoting vocal for local as New Year resolution, yes you can include it in your list.

3.       Work for immunity: New Year will be bit like 32-12-2020, 33-12-2020 & so on; so in coming year, there will be immunity boosting multivitamin, kadha, chayavanprash, green blue purple teas, soap, detergent, floor cleaners etc. and HAND SANITIZERS; may be in new pack saying advanced product or 200% protection as new version of virus is evolving. Don’t choose any product as all are claiming 100% immunity booster but read the labels and then make the wise choice.

4.       Getting up at 5 am, working hard in gym, watching motivational videos: All that rules are rubbish at the end you will finish all your priorities. If health is your priority no other motivation is required, necessary things for it will be done automatically.

5.       Changing attitude is important: “Goras know nothing, kadha can solve everything”, “corona is just sardi khansi”, “I have now got herd immunity I can’t get ill”. Take the utmost precautions & keep any attitude for virus, you are free to do it.

6.       Yoga schedule:  Daily Yoga practice  you can’t avoid at any cost after all 2020 teaches the lesson that “The first wealth is health”. Until 2020 health was most undervalued and neglected aspect of life although Emerson preached it as important in 1860.

7.       BMR: Keep working to balance your BMR, know that either side is not OK. There are little pros and more cons on both sides. Keep it in balance with workout.

8.       Diet: Take the diet that nourish your body and keeps you healthy. NO crash diet, NO diet for weight loss.

9.       Limit the use of social media: Switch off the phone one hour before you go to bed, stay far from negative people, practice meditation, do something nice for others, focus on priorities all these and many of other things can be achieved if we limit the use of social media.

10.   Create the employment: Keep stressing your brain for new ideas to create employment for many rural and urban workers who lost their jobs in 2020.
