How to use ginger
Whole root is used for curries, pickles and in chutney.
Ginger can be added in water to form tea or juice. Ginger + lemon juice can
make summer best drink by adding sweetness. Ginger can be added in making fine
paste of legumes. Ginger juice can be set as fudge / candy and consumption of
this gives instant relief from cough and indigestion.pieces of ginger can be used in seasoning of vegetables or curry. Grated ginger can enhance the taste of salads.

3. Good for digestion – if you are suffering from chronic indigestion, ginger could give some relief. All you need to do is to take half a cup of ginger in hot water 20 minutes before the meal. This will help you to fasten the digestion, complete digestion of ingested food thereby no problem of flatulence (gas).
4. Relieves the cough – Gingerol present in ginger is a natural cough suppressant.
5. Cure for arthritis – Ginger helps in reducing inflammation and joint pain. Consume daily for good control over inflammation.
