How to do?
· Give pressure in all your muscles and bring your torso and legs in one line
· Torso and legs should be perpendicular to the earth.
· Body weight will be solely on palms, which is final position.
· You have to maintain this pose for a while but without any jerk.
· Do not exceed your capacity and come back to normal position.
· Because the entire weight of body is supported by hands + palms your muscles of hands should be strong enough to lift.
