Intermittent diet or Diet window - which is better?

  What is diet window? Diet window is a cycle between meal consumption and fasting in a day at regular interval. Schedule the timings of your meal at fixed time set the total numbers of your meals in a day at the fixed intervals and the time of your breakfast & dinner should be the same; such kind of setting in your diet is referred to as diet window. Sounds interesting??? ·        Things start with breakfast To start with set up your get up time that will decide the time of your breakfast. If you have fixed the time of your breakfast as 8.00 am in morning the last meal the day i.e. dinner should be done at 8.00 pm in night; after which diet window does not allows you to consume anything.
